Thread: Chromium, Insulin Resistance & DHEA

I have been looking at dietary supplements to help with insulin resistance and chromium seems to be a favorite amongst the experts. I read that chromium can boost dhea in women. Does anybody know anything about this? I don't think i would want my dhea boosted.

... i am not sure about that but i thought i would let you know that my doc has me on chromium...
