 Chromium and Met?
Hi- I have read a few posts with people saying that they take Chromium with their Met. I have a bottle of chromium picolinate, and so I was wondering, does taking that along with the Met make a difference, vs. taking th emet alone??? If so, I will start takin gthe chromium. I appreciate any responses.
