Default Chromium vs Met

Does anyone use Chromium instead of Metformin? If so, how well does it work for you?

TIA

If you mean Chromium Picolonate, that stuff made me siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick as a dog. I thought I was going to die. Perhaps others had better luck, though.

I think that there is a difference between Chromium and C. Picolonate. My TCM practioner advised me to take Chromium and I have taken it sporatically. However, I wanted to know if anyone had any tangent results while taking it, as it relates to keeping weight down and blood sugar levels even.

I'm also interested in that. I'd love an alternative to Met.
