I find this some what embarrassing, but I figure it is something to look into, and ask around. Been diagnosed 100% year of '08, but doctors were already expecting it and thinking I had it year of '07. Anyways once I started puberty, of course I changed but mid 2007 I started to get a "chubby" vulva. It's a very fat, uncomfortable bulge. I hate it because being my age, I hate looking embarrassed and such. So, I have to go searching for long shirts to hide the bulge. But it is getting harder and harder to deal with, I have lost weight before around 40 pounds but it was still chubby. Of course with that comes the mental state, wondering if a man will ever touch me, or want me or if they think I am disgusting. All of this puts my self esteem at an all time low. Anyways, I was wondering if it had anything to do with PCOS, or was I just one of a kind. Let me know. Thanks.

There's an enormous variation between the vulvae of different individuals -- from almost non-existent lips to very large, fatty labiae.
I don't think you need to worry about guys not liking what you've got. If you're worried about hiding the bulge, then avoiding tight pants is a must. A skirt will hide it much better for dressy occasions.
I too have "chubby" girlie bits...that's really interesting that there are so many people out there that experience the same symptoms! I'm over weight, so I am wondering if I lose weight it that would help or if the chub will remain

So I went to the doctor today, actually and had the guts to ask her about it. She said, for me since I already have lost alot of weight, and it has actually gotten bigger. That when I have the money if it is a problem, then I can have a lipo done. But, I would think there was an exercise for it.
I have one, its embarrassing and trying to find pants to hide the problem is difficult.
I'm hoping with weight loss it goes down...but i remember even when i was thin, it was more pronounced.
Im not sure how desperate i would be to lipo it....
maybe if i lose weight and proportionate wise...its way too pronounced.
Mine is very chubby too but, my entire self is chubby so I always thought it was from my weight problems..My fiance loves every piece of me the way I am so I really dont mind it much at all ;o)
I find it so hard, to find pants anymore. My entire body shape is just messed up. But I hate the bump. I used to be able to wear a skirt and it would be okay, now a skirt even shows. Only thing I can find that works is wearing long shirts. I will be trying too loose more weight. We will see how it goes. Good luck to all you ladies!

Okay I was thinking I went to the Pride Fest/Parade for Gay, lesbian, bisexual and trannies. I noticed, the drag queens there, all guys could hide there bump sooooo easily. I wonder what they do... I mean... I don't think all of them are working with small parts XD so there has to be tips on hiding there parts, I wonder if like there is a way to hide a bulge similar to it. I don't know haha, random thought I thought I would share haha. XD
I have the same issue and it used to bother me but not anymore. I am much more secure with myself now. I used to hide and even looked into lipo. I've never told anyone but my doctor and my boyfriend has never said anything to me about it. I had lost weight a few years back and i still had it but it did go down but never went away and my doc said it proably wont completely go away. When i gained weight back i gained there too but not as much. I dont have to try to hide because it isnt as noticable anymore or maybe its because I dont care about it anymore. Continue to try to lose weight it may eventually go down a little. Good Luck!

I had to laugh when I read this, The only thing i could think of was swimming suit shopping last year with my younger sister. We were in different changing rooms and she yelled over to me (with great distress) "Ahhh! . . . . It looks like i have a penis!, Thanks alot DAD" The changing area was FULL of people! There was not a dry eye in the place!
