Hey there everyone. For those who haven't seen my other posts we lost our baby this week. I went for my 12 week OB check up and there was no heartbeat. I had my D&C today. I can't bring myself to go to Church tomorrow since we have so many pregnant women and new babies. I want to go but I know that I'll end up bawling. I just don't think I can emotionally handle it. It's hard enough seeing a baby or pregnant women here and there when out and about.
I just finished talking to DH and now he's saying that there's a possibility that he'll end up getting around a 3 month extension to go help set up a hospital when he gets home. Before I was pregnant I was ok (not exactly happy but ok) with him extending if possible but after getting pregnant I wasn't. And now that we've lost the baby I really want him home. I was really upset tonight at the thought of it. Well that's what's been going on with me. Talk to ya'll later.

prayingforbaby-I am so sorry that you m/c! I won't even pretend to understand how hard that is. I myself have never had one but my sister did. She never could talk about it.
Where is you DH? Is he in the military?
We too did not attend church today. We are going to try to go tonight... depending on how Tiana does this afternoon.

Thank you. Yes my dh is in the Navy and has been in Kuwait since Nov. This baby was conceived on his R&R after over 10 years of trying. That makes it even that much harder to come to terms with. We considered this baby a miracle and that God had finally blessed us. It's just so hard to comprehend why our miracle baby was taken away.

I am so sorry. Tiana and I are going to go to church tonight and we will be sure to pray for you, the baby and your DH. I really do hope that he can come home soon. My Dad was in the Coast Guard and most of the time away on a ship somewhere. I remember how hard to was for my Mom to have us 2 girls at home.
