 Cinammon or Saw Palmetto= headache
OMGoodness! Last night was the first time I took Cinammon and Saw palmetto and I had a massive headache, i didn't put 2 and 2 together till this morning when the same thing happened.
So did anyone else experience this? OMG, its so intense. I better go lay down

Was told I would need a hysterectomy because of severe adhesions, my uterus is stuck to my stomach, this surgery will relieve me of my pain, not doing it yet!
Not trying to concieve, full time student working on B.S. and trying to lose weight
