I hate to keep asking questions, but I sort of feel like I don't know as much as I need to know about PCOS, but someone mentioned taking Cinnamon to regulate insulin today at work, and I was wondering what she meant by that, did she mean use Cinnamon on my food or is there a vitamin? Thanks

I have been using Cinnamon capsules for about 3 months, and my A1C (average blood sugars) have dropped considerably. I am a fan!! Anything is worth a try huh?

Don't ever worry about asking "too many" questions. That's what makes Soulcysters so nice. We're here for each other. Besides, I think we're all still learning no matter long we've had PCOS.

Thanks for all the advice, I meant to get on here earlier but unfortunately my brother who lives in Virginia was in a car accident, he'll be alright, hes got some broken bones but I had to take Mom to the airport. Thanks again for all the advice
Thanks for checking! He is doing better, he broke his arm and his leg but he got lucky, someone crossed the yellow line and when he swerved to avoid the car he lost control of it and hit a tree, Thank you for thinking of him
