Default Cinnamon?

Hello!

I'm new here. Diagnosed w/pcos last September. Just found this site today. Was wondering about cinnamon listed for some within their med list. Is this to help with cholesterol or something else?

Actually cinnamon is to help repair insulin sensitivity. I've posted a study on this and you can find it either on your right hand side, or in the Articles section.
