I've read quite a few posts on here about cinnamon helping to lower levels with diabetes. Can someone direct me where to go to find more info or fill me in with some info on this? How much to take, is it a capsule or liquid....etc. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks......

Any good and well-stocked herb store should have bulk spices and herbs. You'll probably have to buy at least an ounce. Buy some capsules and fill them yourself to save money!
