Am I the only one that has been having cinnamon burps?
I've been taking it in a pill form for a couple of weeks, and off and on right after I take it I burp and I get a cinnamon taste from it. It's kinda humorous - but I wonder if it's a problem?
- Also, the bottle says to take 2 pills a day with meals - I normally take 1 with breakfast, and another one with dinner, is that ok, or should I take the 2 together?

Much better that the fish oil burps that I get... LOL No luck with cinnamon though... Good Luck!

Yeah, I get some cinnamon burps too. I love cinnamon, so I'm all for it haha.
I don't think it matters how you take them. I take three a day, and all separately but I do take two at once sometimes when I've forgotten one earlier.

I was taking cinnamon twice a day - with breakfast and dinner. My thinking was that it's probably better to keep a more consistent amount in your system throughout the day than to take it all at once. Also, I have yet to read anything that says you need to take it all at once.

I kind of enjoy the cinnamon burps! ok, I know I am weird. I take one pill three times a day. I dont think it is a problem unless you feel some odd sugar lows or highs, etc.

I get them too for a little while after I take mine. It only bothered me once when I guess I didn't drink enough water and I kind of hiccuped and a poof of cinnamon dust came out. Burned the heck out of my throat. I haven't made that mistake again.
