Hi ladies! I'm currently on 2550mgs of met a day (850 x 3) and was wondering about cinnamon capsules. I got a bottle at walmart and they are 500mgs each. Has anyone used met and cinnamon together and any problems with it? Also, how many cinn caps should I take a day?
