Cinnamon Ceylon versus CInnamon Cassia I have been reading how that Cinnamon cassia is not good for you, because it can be hard on your liver. Rather, I read, You should take TRUE cinnamon. Cinnamon Ceylon, I take the TRUE cinnamon capsules from NOW foods. Has anyone heard about the Cassia not being good for you?
