Cinnamon extract, not IR? Hey everyone,
I've read up on the benefits of cinnamon for insulin resistance, particularly of cinnamon extract. One thing I'm not clear on; could this help me even though I'm NOT IR? I know met is used in non-IR pcos, so I was thinking that improving insulin signaling could still be useful for me. I already eat a low glycemic load diet. Does anyone know the answer, or have an experience to share? Thanks!! |
