Hi, I'm new here and I was wondering if anyone is taking cinnamon while also on Spironolactone? I want to try using cinnamon, but my Spiro already lowers my blood pressure and apparently cinnamon does too? Should I be concerned about this? Don't want to pass out at work or anything silly like that...

I've read that cinammon helps in lowering blood pressure. I would ask your doc, but honestly I dont think its a problem.
