im not too sure. I know i read somewhere that you cant overdose on it or anything like that. Cinnamon is water soluble so if your body gets too much than you will just pass the excess out through your urine. I have been taking the 3000 mg for a few days now and it has not hurt me. I dont know if I got that info on this board from a cyster or on PCOSupport.org board. I think that you would be fine just keep a watch on your bs.

dapreciouspearl, my understanding is that it can help both IR and T2 Diabetes, the function is to help lower the blood sugar (diabetes) from what I recall. Can anyone else confirm this?

margie you can make you own caps .. they sell the empty ones and you just fill with cinnamin
some asked about getting prego ... well i haven't yet ... but since having my DD Jan 11 i have gotton 2 AF's which means i have Oed 2x ... so it was possible .... were are not actively ttc YET .... but since i never get AF or O on my own, 2x since taking cinnamin is pretty good. .. and i am only taking 2 caps 600mgs each

hello ladies, I was off my vitamin regimen for the past 2 weeks due to being really ill and despite that, AF showed, ironically. Well, did her whole spotty thing...but she still showed! I am back on my Cinnamon and I'm going to be getting off some of these other supplements as I don't see them working. I'll continue with the Cinnamon, Chromium Piconilate, Calcium Magnesium Potassium and B-100.

I havent been taking cinnamon for 2 weeks and I can feel the difference. Im sluggish and no energy. The last time I went to Wal mart they were out. Hopefully when I go today there will be some there. I hope everyone is doing great.

I've been taking chromium picolinate and cinnamon now for a couple of weeks and got my af which i thought was not going to happen since i have been stressed out. I also noticed i get fuller for longer and don't get any cravings plus even when i eat a little too much i have not put on any weight it has either stayed the same or i have lost a pound.Hooray for cinnamon
