hi everyone does any one take cinnamon tablets? im thinking about taking them if you do what amount do u take? how many times a day/ and how its helped you?

I was talking to a friend who is big into vitamins and I told her some of my health issues like high blood pressure and she told me to take cinnamon tabs. I am going to the store this weekend to see if they work. Have you heard if they work for anything else?

i've been taking them ( 1000 mg daily ) for about 6 months and have not had any weight loss or any really noticable SE's from them ~ i'm going to stop taking them when this bottle runs out cuz i just don't see any difference ....

I went to the health store this weekend and they said they help blood sugar and blood pressure. I bought some and I am taking two tabs a day. I have a friend her husband has an issue with blood pressure have a couple of months of taking them his blood pressure has dropped and he has lost some weight.

I agree with you except I have gel tabs. They hurt my tummy alot so I open them and dump the cinnamon into something juice are sumthing..not sure if it'll have the same effect but I am tired of being curled up in bed because of them

seeing how they hurt alot of you im not sure if i will take them but maybe i will try them for month or 2 and if i dont see a difference i will stop taking them where can i get them from?

I got mine from Wal-mart..They are the Spring valley brand they were $7.97 for 200 capsules...
