Just coming over to admit I fell off the bandwagon there....kept up with the cinnamon but ran out of vitex and still haven't bought any...supposed to each time DH gets paid but there's always something else that eats the paycheck...ya know how that goes....yada yada yada

I have the same problem, i ran out of vitex yesterday and I dont get paid until next week so i'll have to wait until then to get back on it. Anyone else experience spotting days before af? I havent had this until this cycle (first cycle on vitex)

This spotting is driving me nuts!! Ive been spotting on/off since new years eve, it was brownish up until wednesday when it got a bit pink but still not heavy enough to need anything more than a pantyliner. I dunno if i should consider this a new cycle or not. My temps are low so i know im not preggo...any ideas????

Hi...May I join?? I have been on Vitex for 2 months and all of sudden no period in Dec. I've taken 2 test and they all came back BFN sooo, Im not sure what to do... Should I start the Vitex again or wait a little while longer....

How have you been taking your Vitex? I'm taking mine every day throughout my cycle. Some ladies only take it until they confirm ovulation. I think either is okay but if you are only taking it for part of your cycle perhaps you could take it every day until you get your bfp. Maybe that would help... Or the other thing is are you taking the highest dose possible for your brand? I increased mine to the highest dose and started getting better results. HTH.

For those of you who chart while taking Vitex.... Do you find that your temps are pretty stable when on Vitex?? If you look at my chart, with the exception of two temps ALL my temps are pretty much the same!! Weird! Just wondering if that's 'normal'??
