Default Cla

Hi guys.. was recently made aware of a supplement called TONALIN CLA. The articles on it are amazing and the people that have been taking it are saying inches gone from the tummy really fast. What interested me though was this:

"CLA improves insulin sensitivity - A study using diabetic rats indicates that part of CLA's effectiveness in preventing obesity may lie in its ability to act as a potent insulin sensitizer, thus lowering insulin resistance and consequently insulin levels. Since elevated insulin is the chief pro-obesity agent, it is important to keep insulin within the normal range. By activating certain enzymes and enhancing glucose transport into the cells, CLA acts to lower blood sugar levels and normalize insulin levels."

Now there were also similair comments about reducing bodyfat up to 88% in mice, and protections against cancer and diseases.

Of course the insulin thing really got my attention.. I went ahead and ordered because I trust the people that said it was working for weight loss (they low carb).. however I am curious if any of you are taking this and if it's helped your PCOS at all. I cant find a doc in my area to prescribe Met, so this was very exciting to me to find as a plus for something I had planned on taking solely for decreasing abdomen size.

CLA is a fatty acid supplement called Conjugated Linoleic Acid. It is found in beef, lamb and dairy products, but only GRASS FED animals make it and most animals today are fed grains.

Here's more info.
