Hi all! Has anyone tried using CLA for weight loss?
I read that CLA really helps the body to loose fat. And it also prevents fat from being stored in fat cells, instead burns it for fuel. Has anyone had sucess with using CLA for loosing fat? It also is supposed to increase insulin sensitivity...

Well, I haven't personally tried it, but I HAVE heard the same things you have. It would be worth a shot.
