Detox Hi, I have not heard anything about the specific formulas you have
mentioned. However, It is my belief that after doing a detox that you need to follow up with organic yogurt with live active cultures to help clear away the overgrowth that is probably in the gut.
If the system is toxic then it's a high possibility that there's a lot of intestinal overgrowth and as far as I knowmw the only real long term answer for that is the Lactobacillus cultures.
Be careful with your detox. Some products are big purge products and they literally shock the poison out of the body by stimulating bowel and urine function.
Sometimes that can be real hard on a body so just take care.
I think that a period of several months to a year might be needed to ingest enough lactobacilli to help correct a bad over growth problem. that along with a newly structured diet with less sugar etc..... much like the kind of a diet a diabetic needs to function well. For my own personal condition I also exclude any product that has a soy additive and soy milk products, tofu, miso
and even those edible Soy Green Beans.
Metamucil every day will also help lift toxins and carry them out of the gut.
You can get a sugar free metamucil. There are a lot of fiber brands out there just make sure it is the psyllium product as psyllium does different things than some of the other fiber products and it lends it self to a cleansing program in a more efficient way.
I would also suggest a daily regime of drinking AloeVera juice from a gel. You can find Fruit of the Earth in gallon jugs at Wal Mart. The more Aloe you can down in a day the better. I like that for cleaning because it does not stress the system.
These things are good basic things you can do each and every day that will help you be clear.
If you add them to a big detox they will just help everything work better.
