I ordered a couple of books from the UK and got them yesterday. One is called Clear Skin by Karen Jessett. Her website is

I don't necessarily have "acne", but do have the skin problems that go with PCOS and excess androgens. However, I learned a lot from this book and think it is worth a read for everyone. She talks about balancing our systems from the inside out with food and certain supplements. There are recipes in the book as well. She also mentions a supplement called indium that can help alleviate acne and balance hormones. I plan to look more into it myself.
I'm always amazed at how all our PCOS symptoms are so interrelated and how important what we eat is to this syndrome.
