Aspirin! The cheap kind you buy at the drugstore. Even the store brand. Crush it up in a bowl, add a FEW drops of water, mix it into a paste, put it on your face careful not to put near nostrils because it will make you sneeze and wait 20 minutes for it to dry. Follow up with apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball and your skin will be perfect i swear!

It works for some people, as much as Salicylic acid does. I have tried the Aspirin but it never worked for me.
