Unhappy Clomid and Cramping
Hi ladies....Im currently taking 100mg of clomid days 5-9 and 1500mg of Met daily. However this cycle I have been having alot of uncomfortable cramping in my lower abdomen, has anyone else eperienced this?

yes! this is my first cycle, 50 mg, and I am constantly crampy. My dr. said it's a sign my ovaries are responding, so I am ok with it!

Good to know but what if you are past ovulation? I am on CD 26.

I had that for two of my cycles in the dpo time. I'm on 100 mg, too, but it doesn't happen every month.

Yes, it made me uncomfortable as well, several times past ovulation.

Just an update! I guess my cramping was due to the fact i was PREGNANt! Yup 1st cycle of 50mg clomid and it worked!!! woohoo!!!

Oh, forgot to ask...

What cycle day did you ovulate on? Did you use an OPK? What cycle day did you BD on? Sorry to ask soooo many questions. I am just sooo excited and nervous.

Congrats! I start my first round of 50mg of Clomid on Thursday days 5-9. I hope we have as good of luck as you I think I am supposed to take the Promrtrium as soon as I ovulate- but I will need to clarify that with my dr.
You give me hope!

I'm so glad I found this thread!!! I'm on 2000mg Met and my 1st ever round of Clomid 50mg. I took it on cd 5-9, which was the 19-23rd. I've had bad cramps for the last 3 or 4 days. Fertility Friend and me both say I O'd on the 30th, but the cramps have become almost UNBEARABLE since then. I thought that threw off my O date, as well as my testing date. But now I see the cramping is normal, even after Oing. And CONGRATS on the fast bfp!!! I hope we're all as lucky!!!
