As for me...

Well, we bd'ed Fri, Sat, Sun. We'll bd again tonight. I'm due to O today if everything is perfect. If not then I SHOULD O sometime in the next 8 days. I started getting depressed yesterday. I feel like I'm on the eve of the disappointment section of my cycle. I don't want to get hurt again!

Congrats MailLady!!!!! thats great enjoy everymonth of it and hopefully the rest of us will be pregnant soon too.

I finally finished my dosage of clomid not much in side effects little cramping. Either hubby has pissed me off alot of I am moody. He tells not no medication can do that. lol

I have been actively TTC since Oct. 07 when i got my 1st period on my own, (since I was 17) I also have been on 2000mg of met since June 2007...I would put another picture up for you but it didn't turn out at all LOL.

Anyone ready to test??

Good morning!

I haven't take Clomid in 5 days now, but yesterday afternoon I laid down to nap and woke up drenched with sweat. Same thing happened last night...soaking wet with sweat. I am assuming that the problem is hot flashes, just didn't think they would happen this long after finishing Clomid.

hey Ladies, here is my Mother's Day test. This is the same test I took in the morning that I said the pic wasn't the greatest. When I checked it last night b4 bed, this is what it looked like. A LOT BRIGHTER!!!

Ali - I get hot flashes until after I O. From what I know the clomid is blocking the estrogen receptors in your brain. Estrogen is needed to regulate temperature so that's why your body is overheating. I actually overheat then get too cold. It's bizarre. But when progesterone takes over at O time the estrogen subsides and the hot flashes go away. I know it doesn't make the hot flashes go away but it does help to understand what's going on.

AFM: Had a great day yesterday with husband and son. Started OPKs yesterday and just waiting to "O" now. I will start testing 2x per day now. I usually test about 12:00 and then again at 6:00PM.

no, I have to phone yet...I am leaving town for the night right at 9am with our students (I am an educational assistant) and won't be back till tomorrow in time to go home on the buses. I am going to pray we r running late and will phone right at 9. HOPEFULLY! I also took a $HPT today and it came back +. I just figured those cheap little things didn't work. lol.

Hi Ladies...I would like to join too. Today is the day I start my first round of Clomid 50mg. I am so excited and trying to stay positive. I don't know what to expect but I have read it is good to take it before bed to help with any unwanted s/e.

Do you have to take it at the same time every night?

I am also trying to temp every morning. I am really putting extra effort into all of this.

I am disappointed that I have been unemployed for 2 months and as soon as I get to start my first round, I get a offer from a job. And I am having monitored cycles too so I have to go to doctor 2 times this month which means I would have to go into work late. I am scared to even tell them. I was thinking of passing this offer up and holding out for a couple months while trying the whole Clomid thing. But then what if I got a BFP? How would I find a job while pg. I don't know...just rambling now.

Well any advice, suggestions or anything is welcome.

Baby dust to me and all!!
