Do you chart your cycles? Doing this may help you feel in control a bit more. It will also help you see if you are ovulating or not. It's really fun!

I can really understand being frustrated. I think all of us here are in the same boat, feeling like we are at war with something that can't be beat. But we cannot give up at all, or the PCOS will win. Have you heard of D-Chiro-Inositol? Try reading through the Alternative remedies board on here, and do some research on DCI. It's possibly the first breakthrough for PCOS.

I've written this to a few other ladies on here, has your doctor ever tried Actos? You take it once a day, and it is to help you have normal periods and to have normal ovualtion every month until you conceive...I became pregnant after taking for 3 months. I haven't seen any posts on here about this medicine. It is usually meant for women who have diabetes, but can be used for this as well. I am not diabetic. It somehow controls insulin levels when not on BCPs, which in turn level out your horomones to do what they are supposed to do. I would at least ask your doctor about it and see if it is an option for you or not.
