I was wondering what a hot flash/flush feels like. I've just started taking Clomid this month, and since I'm always cold, I really haven't a clue what a hot flash/flush would feel like.
Does it feel hot 'all over', or is it mainly the head? Does it feel like external heat or like blushing?
For me, I'd get out of the shower and be fine, then all of a sudden be sweating like crazy while I was sitting to do my make-up. For me it was a hot all over type of thing and it would hit very suddenly and very randomly.

For me, they usually happen either in the afternoon or just as i am about to go to bed. Its is when you least suspect it!! All of a sudden i sweat buckets for no reason. It feels horrible.
For me, it was like an all over blush...like when I get embarassed or have to give a speech...and I'll start sweating all over and my face turns bright red.

For me I'd get them when in the car a lot. It would be like a warmth starting at my face and going thro my whole body. Then I'd get a dizziness & feel sick to my stomach
