This may be a silly question:

I started my first round of Clomid on Tuesday (50 mgs) and I just bought OPK's (I have been using CBFM, but don't know how well it will be timed since I am now using Clomid). I am doing Clomids days 3-7...when should I start using OPK's? Day 7 or later....I understand that most woman O (if they are going to O) approx 7 days after the last pill. I just don't want to miss it if it happens!

hi plsbme,
I too started 50 mg of clomid and took it days 3-7. My Dr. told me to start opk on day 12, but I started today( day 11) and the lines are the same color. I'll see if it's darker tomorrow. I started having little twinges on both sides so I thought it felt like something was about to happen. I don't know if I should count today as a +, I guess I'll see what it looks like tomorrow! Good Luck, and let me know how it goes, it's nice to know somebody in the same boat! How were your side effects?
