I don't know about the pro levels. But what I would suggest to not to take the OPK's after the short or a pregnancy test after the IUI. Due to the fact, that you took the Ovidrel shot, it can give you a false-positive on both OPK and preggo test. So I would just say... to take it easy and be patient and don't jump ahead of yourself. Live in the moment. If you jump ahead, and do things outside of your doctors directions, you will only possibly disappoint yourself.
You can take a pregnancy pee test, but not until 14 days after the IUI. that will ensure that the Ovidrel is out of system and that enough time has passed to give you an accurate reading with just urine. Unless of course, your doctor, has you come in sooner than that for a blood test. I know some do. Mine didn't. He had just had me take a pee test at home, 14 days post ovulation was confirmed. (I didn't do an IUI). And then, once I got my own postive on pee test, I came in for a blood test for confirmation.
Good luck and be patient!! I know its hard. Baby dust!!
