Clomid Question

I'm looking for any info on clomid. How much does it cost? How long did you take it before you had the desired results? Did you have any ill effects while taking the drug? Anything and everything you have would be very helpful. I want to be as informed as possible the next time I talk to my doctor.

Except for the cost you may have better luck under the TTC forum
It's been many years since I took clomid but I know that one of the discount pharmacies here sells 100 tablets of Clomid 50mg for $526.26. Considering you would only require a few days worth of pills it obviously wouldn't amount to this. You may also want to speak to your doctor about letrozole/Femara it works the same as clomid but doesn't have the same thin lining effect that some women experience with clomid.
Again try the ttc board you will probably have better luck there.

I just took two rounds of clomid and didn't really have any "ill effects"....but af and ovulation pains were heightened.

I ovulated both times (although the 2nd time was very late, but I still O'd!) and am in the 2WW right now from my second dose.

Five days worth of pills cost me $38 here in Winnipeg (which is covered under my work benefits through Great West Life).

One cycle of clomid for me at 50mg (one pill per day for five days) cost about $33 here. I took it for three cycles and had wonderfully strong ovulations on each of them, but no pregnancy. We found out later that hubby had a little problem too. One of the cycles, I had a lot of hot flashes and felt sick once or twice, but that was the only time I experienced any effects from it.

Hello!

5 - 50mg clomid cost me $33.39
5 - 100mg clomid cost me $61.79

I have take one round of 50mg and did not ovulate , last cycle i took 100mg and ovulated for the first time in my life , but did not end up pregnant . Currently i am due to start my 3rd round of clomid ( 2nd 100mg ) Saturday. on 50 i had no side effects what so ever , on 100 i had some slight headaches , and some very mild hot flashes, but we shall see what side effects i may have this time !!
