that while taking clomid if you experience any visual disturbances you should contact your doctor immediately, I don't know why, thats just what I was told to look out for. Good Luck
I can relate.....I too am on my 1st cycle of clomid!! Man oh man my hormones and emotions are all over the place!! I am also having hot flashes!! Anyways hang in there....hopefully it will be all worth it in the end!! good luck!!
I'm on my 2nd day of Clomid(100mg) as well. I have been having servere headaches after I take the meds. I kinda felt drunk yesterday too. Is this your 1st time taking it?

I was the same way on it a few times. I did have the visual disturbances but mine were at night, it was like they didn't adjust to the nightlight thingie I have in my room. It was weird. But clomid can be a killer! I know exactly how you feel sweetie! I hope you get used to it soon.
Call your doctor.
I have no side effects at all. I happeened to get a cold on the same day I started Clomid 50mg (7/27) so I have been sleeping a lot but nothing else.
Good luck all!!

I found my vision a bit blurry when I got tired, and I had trouble adjusting from dark to light. This was my first round as well. I called my doc, but he didn't seem concerned. I also had extreme nausea after the first pill, but that went away.

Seriously though, I had a hard time with it too. I had horrible mood swings, intense hot flashes, some nausea but not a lot, "sparklies" and blurry vision (which my doctor wasn't real concerned about, I only had them a few times), and just overall felt like crap. I don't know if I'd do it again if I had the chance to be honest. It helps a lot of women get pregnant, but I did it 5 times and nearly killed a few people in the process and I'm still working on TTC #1! Best of luck to all of you though!

This will be my first month of clomid but I don't take it for 10 more days . I am a little scared of the side effects I didn't realize u would experience them right away. The pharmacist said I should take them after I eat and should help with some of the side effects but hey if it works it will all be worth it in the end. I hope the side effects get better with time.Good luck ladies ttc.

Wow, I thought I was the only one who felt this way. I hated my 1st round of clomid. I had to sleep naked with the air condition on high and a fan blowing on me. I sure hope that this isn't how menopause hot flashes are. I also went up and down on the emotional roller coaster. I truely couldn't stand it. It is sad to know others go through this as well, but reassuring. Hope things get better for you. - Heidi
