CLOMID users - AF came on cd23????

Has anyone had to deal with this.
This was my 3rd round of clomid and I usually have 14 days between Oing and AF. I have had an endometrial biopsy that should I had enough progesterone to support a pg. What happened???

I'm not sure when I O'd this cycle because it happened before my cd13 u/s. I took 150mg of Clomid.

Any thoughts and why this happened???
