Hello,

I posted this thread earlier in "trying to conceive" I thought this might be a question better served on this thread.

I have just recently switched from Clomid to Letrozole. Today is day 13 and went in for my ultrasound expecting to be ready, but my one follicle was only around 8.6 and my lining was 4.6. Normally with clomid, I have a few follicles and at least one is a 12-14 size at this point.

Does anyone know why this would happen? Is it because Clomid forces the issue and Letrozole causes things to happen more naturally? any ideas? I am scheduled for another ultrasound next Wednesday.

I had the same exact problem last cycle. MY RE told me that he will not allow me to do round 2 of letrozole.
