Default Clomid-when Do You Take It?

HI ALL:

I was just wondering what time of day do you take your clomid? I usually take at night but I thought about taking it during the day but I’m afraid of the s/e. I usually get hot flashes, and the last cycle I got really bad headaches, I’m not sure of what to do. What do you gals suggest?

Oh yeah one more questions; dh has a cold coming and he is taking Dayquil tablets is that bad? We don’t have to bd until next week but just wondering. Thanks

Liz

ugh i really really hate it when u can see when someone has viewed your message but not one of them replies!! I'm on my second round of clomid. I take mine in the morning, 100mg. So far no s/e except for hot flashes, but they aren't unbearable. Also, about the cold medicine, I really don't think it would be a problem if you are not preggo yet. good luck hun

You cannot be in the presence of a profoundly vaccine damaged child and not know that child could be your own. And you cannot try to comfort a mother who has just buried a baby who has died from a vaccine or a disease and not know that you could be the one standing over the grave. When it happens to your child, the risks are 100 percent.

I started taking Clomid yesterday and I chose to take it at night. If I start a new med anytime, I usually start at night. I think its better for me to not get a chance at side effects, or decrease the chance I should say. I already take Prometrium and you are supposed to take that at night. The only thing I noticed today was some weird cramping this AM but only lasted about 15 minutes. Good luck!!

I take mine at night. I start my second round tomorrow, 100mg.
With the first round of 50mg I took it at night and had a little s/e but not too bad. I did get moody the last couple days of taking it.

Best of luck to you. I hope clomd works in the first shot!

Hello! I tried one cycle on 50mg of Clomid with no success, so we are upping my dosage to 100mg. Should I take it all at once or one in the morning, one at night? Any advice?
