Question CM question

Morning ladies..

I have a question for you all. I have been checking my CM almost everyday. The last 2 days there has been a tint of blood. This morning there was CM that had bright red blood in it. But when you wipe it, its pink. I am on CD24 and I am not sure if I "O". About 2 days ago or so I did an OPK and it was a question as to if it was +. I have never "O" this late before. This is the first time that I am on meds and things seem to be way different. I have always "O". My issue is my P4 levels are way to low to "O" or to stay pregnant.

I could just use some help on what you think I should do. I was thinking of calling the Dr and asking her to do a P4 test to see what it says.

My chart is attached also.

Let me know what you think.

To me...your chart doesn't show ovulation. I'm no pro at reading them, however.

I agree, there is no temp shift. BUT, have you been taking progesterone this whole time? Taking progesterone will usually prevent you from ovualting (because your body thinks it already did)

Was the progesterone ordered by a doc? My doc has always told me to start it the day after ovulation.

Yeah I have been taking it this whole time. Which to me was off the wall in the first place. I totally agree with you. Tonight I am cramping and I have had red and pinkish CM... I am going to call my doc in the am and see if I can have my p4 tested. Then my next cycle I think I am going to do what you all have been doing.

This is what I have noticed. I do "O" when I am not on Progerstrone. I dont get pregnant due to the levels after I "O". Since I have been on the pro I havent "O". So to me that means dont take it until after you "O". My dr is telling me NO.. Take it the whole time.

I dont know what to think.....Thanks..

Some women don't have even enough progesterone to create the balance needed to ovulate, this may be why she's having you take it. Its not common, but I have heard of it.
Why don't you ask her to explain the treatment more specifically, I've noticed that some doctors don't really go into the whys specifically unless they are asked to explain exactly. Some patients are aOK with dr's having them do this or that without ever knowing exactly why.
