My dr's wouldn't consider you prediabetic until you were over 120, and or your fasting insulin levels were high. Then they'd do further testing (glucose challenge for one) then maybe meds. Not until.
Good luck and I hope you can get your sugars back down. Once labeled now as a diabetic, or prediabetic, it stays for life.
