Just to let you know there's a long article on PCOS in this month's Company magazine (the one with Cat Deeley), not read it yet, just skimmed through but seems OK.

I read an interview with Jane Danson a few months back where she was talking about how stressed she got from suddenly putting on alot of wight and she didn't know why. It was very interesting reading. Can't remember where it was though! x

January: Changed my goal weight to 140lbs!

Dont know why, but for some reason none of the newsagents where i live have this months company, they all still have last months!!!!!!!!!!

Will keep an eye out for it though
