This is new to me. Yesterday I went to the bathroom, just pee, and when I wiped I had a speck of bright red blood I guess, it's not AF, but it kept happening. I have no idea what is causing it, would you be worried?
New to me, but concerning.
If you're not in any pain or anything, it's probably not an emergency. But, if it worries you it is definitely worth making at least a phone call to ask about it, or just make a non-urgent appt to talk to your doc about it.

Did you have any pain while peeing, or an extra urge to pee? Blood in your pee can be an indication of an infection. I've also had blood in my pee from kidney stones shifting. I would definetly see a dr, I almost let mine go soo long I was almost hospitalized.

Thanks cysters, no pain, just a little 'fullness' in my abdomen. My ovary and endometriosis is acting up a bit this month. It stopped, but makes me wonder about my kidneys and stones. My labwork showed no abnormality.
When your stones shifted, did you have any pain-in the flank, peeing or both?
When my stones bug me (i've got 10-12 in each kidney... ) I usually have some back pain (midway down, bottom of your rib cage). I also have had pain near each hip bone (more toward your side than your ovary). I do have pain when peeing, but not severe, just like when I think I have an infection but it doesn't develop beyond that. When I have a bladder infection, it hurts like heck. I don't even know when I have a kidney infection, by the time you are in pain it is a bad infection. One thing my Dr. did to demostrate my kidneys being infected was bumping my back where they are (midback, bottom of your ribs) OUCH! I guess I'm over cautious because when I had my first "bad" stone, the ER heard me say i had PCOS and assumed it was just a cyst hurting. I got no treatment until the next morning when I went to my regular dr. who bothered to do a CT scan. I'd rather be prepared than in pain severe for hours (i've been told by people who have had stones and a baby that the stones hurt worse than labor).
Anyway.... this could have nothing to do with what you saw, I just wanted to share my expeirence since I let things to too long. I'm glad you are better!
