In the list of treatments and things to avoid, which are supposed to be treatments and which are things to avoid?!!!

This is response to the sticky above with MaryKate's info on it, compiled from studies.

(And Emmanuelle, I'm glad you pointed out the Vitex and Progesterone omission......but I wonder if she left those off because they didn't appear in any studies? It seems that pharmaceutical companies don't want to fund the studies on herbs and naturalsubstances....because you can't PATENT a plant!! Or a hormone, for that matter! SO the studies never get done on the most natural things out there.....because the big drug companies can't make money at it, you know?

But it's still good to know what the studies are finding out, Mary...thanks for sharing!)
