Ok so a little background.... I was diagnosed back in 2004. Married in 2006 and have been trying since then. Well lately I've been feeling a little off, kinda like I'm getting a cold a little bit with sore BB's. I can't seem to remember when my last AF was, I'm thinking around halloween or maybe the week after, but I'm not 100% sure. Either way I still haven't gotten AF this month. So I started to wonder..... Well I have a TON of OPK strips around so I took one last night as an experiment. Got a faint positive. Which is a little odd, since I rarely get a pos. I was pretty sure I was annovulatory for the most part. I looked around and found a HPT. So this morning first thing I decided to take it. Got a faint line after about a minute (posted a pic below). So what do you all think? I wans't sure if I wanted to put this out here to get opinions because I don't want to get my hopes up if there was something wrong with the test. I've seen so many negatives that my mind is programed to think it won't happen, so I'm having a hard time believing it! I don't have much extra money now with the holidays so I'm not sure if I'll be able to test before my next pay day (monday). Thoughts??

Is there a local clinic you can go to locally? One that does free pregnancy tests? That would set your mind at ease!
Otherwise, can you swing a dollar store test?

Definitely a positive. With a OPK, the test line has to be as dark or darker than the control line. With a HPT as long as there is a second line, it is positive no matter how light or dark the line is. Congrats!

Looks like a BFP to me!!! I think you should go get a FRER or a digi test though to be sure!! What are you waiting for women.....Monday....I can't imagine waiting that long..LOL CONGRATS!!
