Confused has this happened to anyone?

2 weeks ago i went into emergency with severe pains on my lower right side i thought maybe it was my appendix they ran a whole bunch of blood tests a pelvic & tansvaginal ultrasound, i was throwing up constantly and had diareha badly, i was off work for 2 weeks because if i would bend then it would hurt even more. Anyways i got all my tests back 3 days ago and all the tests came back negative saying everything was fine. Just that i had cysts on my ovaries which of course i already knew and that there was some nabothian cysts in the cervix. Im soo confused because with the tests all comming back negative there saying nothing was wrong but i mean i was in so much pain and off work it couldnt have just been nothing. Im soo scared what could this have been i dont wanna have to keep going through that every so often and not know what the problem is. Has anyone ever gone through this???

Sorry for the long message Its just im trying to explain the best i can maybe someone else out there has gone through this and can help.

I have gone through this too. Sounds like what happened it one (or maybe more) of you cysts ruptured. The first time it happened to me I didn't know what was going on either. I couldn't stand or walk, let alone move at all. DH and I were scared. Like you DH thought that it was my appendix and wanted to bring me to the ER. I talked to my dr about what happened and he confirmed that it was just one of my cysts rupturing. He said that there isn't really that can be done to prevent it from happening.

Thanks for the reply no i dont think it was a cyst burting ive had that happen before and this was a total differant pain then when that had happened. Thanks for your input though
