There are a few gals that know a lot about thyroid stuff but they don't get on as much during the week. I don't understand much of those test except that your progesterone indicates ovulation has occurred. Are you ttc? You may be in your 2ww.

I can answer questions about thyroid levels, however, I don't know what the question regarding that is. Looks like your doctor wrote you a script and the only thing I can add is that you really shouldn't ttc until your TSH level is under 2. Taking Synthroid daily 1 hour before a meal should bring it down in a month or two. I assume your Rx is for 25mcg? I believe anything higher will send you hyper, but it depends on your size.
I'll gladly answer questions regarding your thyroid; just let me know.

Btw, when you go over your b/w on the 9th, ask about thyroid antibodies...you'll want to find out if you have them which would indicate Hashimoto's and possibly rule out pituitary gland issue or cancer (i.e., if you *have* to be hypo, you want it to be because of Hashimoto's and not something else since Hashi's is the most easily treatable---no surgery or anything. Just a little pill daily).
Also, your endo may want an u/s of your thyroid, which is pretty much standard practice (and gives you a baseline to use for the future).

I think your question is how to read the paperwork? The reff ranges are showing what the ranges are in differnt times of your cycle like in the first one
Prepubertal: 4-12 teenager
Follicular: 5-160 when your ovulating
Mid-Cycle: 34-400 before ovulation
Luteal: 27-246 after ovulating
Post Menopausal: 5-30 after going throuh menpause
Treated Post Meno: 5-93 self explanitory
Do you know what day on your cycle you where? Most of the test result are going to go by. The test for your tsh are high and your prolactin levels are normal. Hope this helps
Most likely you would have ovulated so you would have been in the luteal phase so it looks like serum, progesterone is normal. Your lh and fsh ratio is 2to1 which indicates POCS. Did you doc do any bloodwork for your insulin or cholesteral? if not speak with your endo about it.
