I was looking on the web for info on Vitex, some articles state that it lowers testosterone, others state that it increases it.. ????? Anyone know what it really does as far as testosterone levels are concerned? KC

I believe someone here said it adjusts your hormones as needed - up or down. You could do a search here and see what you can find. Black cohosh is another one like that.
