Diet and exercise WILL help, so it is in your best interest to continue with a reduced calorie, nutritionally balanced program, and an
progressively more intense exercise program that has a balance of cardio AND strength.
It's virtually impossible for the human body NOT to change under those circumstances.
I'm not sure what type of 'results' you were looking for but even under the best circumstances, the most bodyfat most women (pcos or no pcos) can expect to lose per week is a
