Default Constant Fatigue!

Okay ladies, I need your help. I am always tired. I know most of it has to do with the meds and stress and just the whole situation. Any ideas of what I can do to get some energy. I know I need to be taking a multi-vitamin, but I just have gotten any yet. And I took a whole body cleanse about 1 month ago and that gave me a little energy, but not enough.

Any thoughts?

I've been feeling the same way...I just read on another post that adding b-12 to you daily regime can help with the fatigue. If anyone has any other idea I'll try that as well...at this point I'll try just about anything!!!

I take a once a day vitiman but I find taking a 30 minute walk every day has help with my fatique, and lots of water. If I don't go walking I feel soooo tired and just want to sleep all the time. The water helps alot, I drink at least 3-4 liters a day.
