Default contemplating my routine...

here's what I have been taking since mid december..

one a day women's vitamin
500 mg vitex
400 mg saw palmetto
two tabs of milk thistle
1 cup raspberry leaf tea
NCP days 15-28

Also, I started low carbing on 28dec.. and have added water aerobics 4 times a week.

My cycle isn't perfect.. I didn't "o".. but I did see some EWCM around day 12-14.. I could have waited a while to start NCP.. but, i wanted to do a steady 14 days on 14 days off routine for a few months.

my cycle did look pretty good though.. no break through bleeding at all.

However, I am going to double the amount of Vitex I take next month, and I am going to add dong quai...

I am really hoping to have things worked out so that I O by march.. I soooo want to get pregnant..

Is there anyone else out there who has just started a new herbal routine? any side affects? any major improvements you've seen?

prior to this, I used glucophage, and clomid, and only ovulated once in two years... so far, my cycle looks way better than it did on those two drugs.. so, I'm staying positive...
