I had no idea the recipe portion was here. One of my favs is this:

Raw broccoli cut into tiny pieces.
Chopped chicken breast in small pieces.
Cranberries-dried
Sunflower seeds

Raspberry salad dressing. Put all these ingrediants into a ziploc and toss with that expensive gourmet salad dressing and let sit in frig for a few hours. You can snack on it all day.

But if you are hpyothyroid, eat it once in a while. Raw broccoli is not good for thyroid issues.

I leanred this recipe when I facilitaed massage parties. All the women would bring food,potluck style and most ppl there were PCOS women and that is where I learned I was just like them. Wonderful group of women!

One more decadent desert not totally cyster friendly but you can alter it. Wrap brie in filo dough with the opening in the top middle with appricot preserves. Bake. Scoop with crakers. At least the brie is high protien.
