I was about to place an order from Swansons for some supplements but then I started thinking that maybe I should see if I can find a local herbalist (?). I am going to call my local health food store and see if they know of one but what is the correct way to ask? "Certified Herbalist"?
If you go to Google Maps and type in "herbalist" and your zip code. See what comes up. I just did this and I got a bunch of results in my area, so who knows? It might work for you, too.
I ended up going to a local health food store and the owner did a consultation with me. I will see how this works. He has me cleaning out my body and getting my digestive track working before starting supplements.
