Cosmetic options for thinning on top

I need advice from anyone that uses cosmetic things to disguise hair loss. I am working with my endo to try to fix stuff on the "inside" such as medications or antiandrogens. I have elevated DHEA but normal testosterone. But I need something for the hair loss on top. I am so self conscious about it. I feel like everyone is staring at my head. I have thin, gray hair on top and you can see thru to the scalp. I can deal with the gray if I have too but cannot deal with the see thru. Has anyone used hair pieces? I just want something on top near my bangs. Not all over. Has anyone heard of Hair integration pieces? Something that blends with your own hair? Please help! I need something to feel somewhat normal again. I want to be able to fix my hair with out trying to cover up the bald spots in front. I want to cry!!!!!1

I go to www.wattzinternational.co.uk I am currently in extensions and I mean MILLIONS of them I have diffuse alopecia but I am also receeding and the front is thinning fast..

I will be going into bonded hair peices once this progresses thinner ....

I'm getting a hair integration piece this week! They custom fit and match it to your hair, so it takes over a month. I'm very nervous that it won't look natural, but the hairdresser assures me that nobody will be able to tell. I can't take any meds, because I'm TTC, and honestly, I don't have hope that they'd make enough of a difference. I don't know how bad your hairloss is, but before mine got really bad from going off BCP and taking Metformin, I used a product called DermMatch for many years. It did the trick, until recently. Might be worth a try for you.
