It really depends on how you respond to the meds...if I recall correctly, on my injectable/iui cycles I used about 12 days of 75 units of gonal -f which ran about $50 per 75 units from Freedom Fertility pharmacy. A lot of PCOSers are able to use low doses like that...but really depends on your specifics.

Sorry...just reread and realized you asked about IVF. For my first cycles I used about 150 units of gonal-f for 12 days, actually dropping down on the dose as the cycle progressed...so about $100 a day. The lupron was $200 I think and the trigger was another 40 or so.
My last cycle was a different protocol and based on a difference response I used a lot more gonal f - starting at 150/ day for the first 5 days and then upping to 300/day for another 7 or eight days. I used ganirelix in this cycle too, 4 days worth and I think those were about $50 apiece as well.
