Like the pp said, it is covered by OHIP.
However, some clinics offer other testing sometimes not covered by OHIP. Dr. Virro at MFC out sources many tests to American hospitals and labs. The good thing is most of the tests cost less than the procedures used to try to get pregnant.

When I lived in Ontario, the first SA was covered by OHIP. The RE wanted a more in depth analysis because his morph was low and we paid $200 for it.

Any and all s/a's we've ever had done are covered by OHIP
It's possible because some RE clinics are private that they are charging you instead of running it through OHIP but any lab testing/bloodwork/ultrasounds are covered 100%
